For our 26th episode I was pleased to be join by my fellow Budsista in cannabis, reiki healer and owner of the Autumn Sky tea company Tianna Brown
We discussed Tianna’s journey with cannabis and how becoming a mother prompted her to alter the way she consumed. While smoking is still her favourite way to consume, she also enjoys drinking her cannabis by incorporating it with her artisanal tea blends. Her favourite herbs to smoke and steep as tea include damiana, lavender, passionflower and rose.
Tianna is a mother, wife, reiki healer and while the pandemic has certainly had its impact, she’s become a pretty good cook and has mastered a way to infuse my favourite Moxies dessert: the white chocolate brownie.
